Spring return and battery backup fail-safe electric actuators. Adding to our industry leading electric actuator line, A-T Controls now offers 2 key series of failsafe electric acuators. The Triac BFS backup battery failsafe electric actuators provides lithium battery technology and the Triac FSE Series spring return electric failsafe actuators provides a reliable clutching mechanism for spring failure.
NEW FM APPROVED Valves and Valve Assemblies
Valves and valve assemblies for liquid and gas shut-off. These assemblies are FM approved for use in applications requiring protection for fuel burning equipment per FM class 7400, 7420 and 7422. The components include a spring return automated ball valve, explosion-proof limit switch and solenoid pilot valve. Valves are available in 3-piece or flanged design. 3-piece design offers threaded, socket weld or butt weld end connections. Flanged valves are available with 150# and 300# flange rating. Available in sizes 1/2"- 6". Assemblies feature the latest in quarter-turn automation, rack and pinion actuator design; a marked improvement from the older spring-diaphragm technology. The actuator, combined with the superior valve seating and stem seal design, provides for reliable and consistent closure when needed. These assemblies provide for a compact fuel gas safety shut-off system.

Triac Series F91 firesafe unibody flanged ball valves feature a high quality investment cast body and end. They are available in 1/2” through 6” and are regular port. Superior leak protection is accomplished by using our patented “pyramidal” stem seal system shown in the graphic below. This advanced system protects against wear and leakage experienced by ordinary ball valves.L

Pneumatic and Electric Floor Mounted Damper Drives
Triac floor mounted damper drives are the best choice for operating dampers, vanes and fan control where high vibration, heat, extreme cold, dust and inaccessibilty render direct coupling of actuators to shafts impractical.
Available in pneumatic (on-off and modulating), and electric (24 VDC, 120 VAC 1-phase, 220 and 440 volt 3-phase configurations, these rugged drives combine industry proven Triac pneumatic and electric actuators with our engineering expertise.
180º Pneumatic Rack & Pinion Actuators
Triac 180º actuators offer the same superior quality as our industry-proven quarter-turn pnematic actuators. With torques from 370 in-lbs. to 7700 in.-lbs., our 180-AL Series Actuators are ideal for multi-port (3, 4, 5 way), ball valves, 3-way plug valves, conveyor diverters, bulk material diverters and any other application requiring reliable pneumatic torque over a 180º rotation. The units feature hard anodized aluminum housings, die cast aluminum pistons with Delrin wear pads and nitrile seals. As in our famous Triac 90º actuators, the 180º units feature Namur accessory dimensions and ISO 5211 mounting. The addition of this series of actuators allows A-T Controls to offer the most complete valve automation capabilities in the market today.
