A-T Controls Places Increased Focus on Custom Engineered Solutions

At A-T Controls, we remain committed to providing solutions that help our customers address unique application challenges. As part of that commitment, we are placing an increased focus on our Custom Engineered Solutions offerings and strengthening the processes that support these opportunities.

Custom Engineered Solutions represent an important part of our business, allowing us to provide customized valves, actuators, and automation packages that address requirements beyond our standard product portfolio. We recognize the value these solutions bring to our customers and distributors, and we are dedicating additional resources to ensure they receive the attention and technical review they require.

To support this initiative, Greg Griffin will be transitioning from his role within the Inside Sales Team to a Product Manager and will assume responsibility for leading the review and coordination of Custom Engineered Solutions requests. Greg's extensive product knowledge and experience make him well suited to help evaluate these opportunities and work closely with our engineering team to provide timely and effective solutions.

While Greg will be leading the review process, the Inside Sales Team will continue to serve as the primary point of contact for all Custom Engineered Solutions requests. Distributors should continue submitting inquiries and working through their Inside Sales representative as they do today. The Inside Sales Team will coordinate the review process and engage Greg and the engineering team as needed.

Our goal is to improve responsiveness, provide greater consistency in evaluating custom requests, and ensure we continue delivering innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
